Modern villa in the ideal setting.

"We have stayed twice at Villa Sangro and it has become one of our favourite places in Italy. The villa is set in between olive groves and has the most amazing views across the stunning countryside in one direction, looking over to the sea in another and to the Majella mountains in the other. The sunsets and incredible. The villa itself is modern, luxurious and well kept. On arrival you are welcomed with a basket containing pasta, sauce and a bottle of wine or prosecco. Each bedroom is comfortable and spacious and the ceiling fans work really well. There are lovely views from every room too. There is a modern kitchen and plenty of places to eat both indoors and outdoors. Outside is a lovely garden and the best part is the upstairs terrace which we used every evening for drinks and gazing out at the sunset. The location is ideal for the beach, and for many local towns including Vasto and Lanciano. Just down the road is a great Vineyard which is worth a visit and you can bring home some very nice wine for a very good price. We absolutely love the villa and will be back again very soon"

A fabulous family vacation.

"We visited Villa Sangro last years as we love the location and tranquility of the area, tucked between vineyards but really easily accessible to the motorway and of most importantly for beaches and restaurants. There's the most amazing Cantina within walking distance to the villa where you can buy wine at less than €1 a litre. The villa is spacious, contemporary and the outdoors areas are incredible. The owners are really helpful and provided some very welcome provisions (including prosecco!) when our flight was delayed. Would highly recommend this hidden gem although would quite like to keep it a secret!"

A wonderful taste of Italy.

“Our stay gave us a wonderful taste of Italian life and a chance to truly unwind. The villa was clean, comfortable and spacious with all the home comforts. With only three people we were spoilt for space and so this house would be ideal for larger groups and families too. Outside you have many terraces all with a striking view over the countryside and the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the sun or the local vino in the evenings. The owners have clearly spent a lot of time in the area and surrounding villages as they passed on a wealth of local knowledge. With their recommendations we found some real gems, particularly the many restaurants that are less than 10 minutes away. The slower pace of Italian life suited us fine. Overall our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free, and we would highly recommend to others visiting the Adriatic coast. We just wished we'd had longer!
